With that sentiment in mind, we created the 'Futatsu-biki Small Tansu.' The materials and manufacturing method are somewhat simplified compared to traditional Sendai Tansu, but the solid construction and the beauty of the lacquer finish convey a sense of elegance and dignity. Please use it as an accent for your desk or room, or as a gift for someone special. There are various types of Sendai Tansu, but their forms embody the wisdom of our predecessors. Additionally, they have been gradually improved to suit modern lifestyles.
